Processing windows are estimates, not promises. Network confirmations, bank checks and verification can extend them. Standard withdrawals are capped at £5,000 per day; higher VIP ceilings may apply. Method-specific fees, payout minimums and any further limits appear in the cashier before you confirm.

Supported options include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Trustly, bank transfer, Bitcoin and USDT. Your cashier confirms which routes are available for your account and whether they support deposits, withdrawals or both.

Cards and mobile wallets

For Visa, Mastercard or Maestro, enter details only in the secure cashier and complete any bank authentication prompt. Apple Pay uses its supported wallet flow. The card or wallet must belong to you.

A payment may be declined by the bank, an account limit or incorrect details. Check the message and your available balance before retrying. A deposit acceptance does not mean that the same method can receive a withdrawal.

E-wallets, vouchers and bank payments

PayPal, Skrill and Neteller provide wallet-based payment routes with a £10 deposit minimum. Check the wallet’s own balance and charges as well as any conditions shown by the casino.

Paysafecard is listed among deposit options; confirm any separate withdrawal route before funding. Trustly and bank transfer use their own authorisation steps. Bank transfers can take 1–2 days to appear, so keep the payment reference and avoid repeating a transfer while it is pending.

Bitcoin and USDT

Crypto deposits start at £15. Use the exact asset, network, address and any reference displayed in the cashier. USDT exists on different networks, and matching the token name alone is not enough.

A wallet may charge network fees and crypto prices can change. Confirm the credited amount and transaction conditions before sending. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible, so check every character of the destination and do not reuse an expired deposit instruction.

Fees, limits and payment problems

Read the confirmation screen for method-specific fees, transaction minimums and maximums. Charges can vary by payment route. Standard withdrawals are limited to £5,000 per day; higher VIP ceilings depend on tier conditions. Identity checks must be completed before payout.

For a missing deposit, send support the method, amount, timestamp and reference. Do not send your password, full card number or wallet keys. For payout processing and document requirements, use our dedicated withdrawal guide.
